Seton Hall University School of Law welcomes applications for tenure-track positions to begin July 1, 2023. Candidates must have a J.D. or equivalent degree and a record of academic excellence. Candidates should demonstrate (i) scholarly promise, (ii) the ability or potential to be an outstanding teacher and mentor who can prepare students for the practice of law, and (iii) leadership in service toward building an equitable and diverse academic community.

We will consider entry-level and lateral candidates in a variety of subject areas. We have particular teaching needs in administrative law, civil procedure, contracts/business associations, clinics, estates and trusts, evidence, and health law/FDA, but we also are interested in candidates engaged in scholarship and teaching in race and gender, employment/labor, environmental law, family law, international law, and professional responsibility.

DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking to hire several full-time tenured/tenure-track faculty positions to begin in the 2023-2024 academic year. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas of law, although subject areas of particular interest include: Property, Contracts, Torts, and Business Associations. POSITION: TENURE-TRACK PROFESSOR OF LAW

STETSON UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW seeks to fill at least three entry-level tenure-track positions.  While our needs are flexible, we are particularly focused on Contracts, Torts, and Legal Research and Writing, as well as the areas of the Uniform Commercial Code, Professional Responsibility, Intellectual Property (emphasis on Patent Law), and Health Law. Vanderbilt Law School invites applications for a fellowship working with the school’s Law and Business Program. The fellowship is a two-year appointment that can start either Spring 2023 or Fall 2023. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.

The fellow will spend four semesters in residence at the law school and will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship of Vanderbilt law faculty, particularly faculty affiliated with the Law and Business Program. The position is designed to give the fellow time to focus on research and writing and to prepare for a tenure-track position at a US law school. Consistent with this goal, the fellow is only expected to teach one upper-level business law course each year, and the fellow will have an opportunity to present their research while at a Vanderbilt.
